| If you require a venue for a work Conference, Business meeting or community group session 27 Gandy street is perfect. Wiith a large historic room capable of seating up to 100 people with buffet meals and up to 80 with a sit down meal. or up to 120 for those who do not require a Catering service but just drinks, It is of particular interest to those wishing to hold their meetings in a Building with historic and unusual aspects and is completely different from the normal run of the mill hotel meeting rooms. Full Bar service is available and Catering in in the hands of our experienced Caterer, with both buffets and sit down meals available at very competitive prices, with a wide range of choices and menus.
A number of smaller rooms are available, which are ideal for small meetings or courses, either for one day or for longer periods and can be provided either with or without a drinks and buffet service. These facilities are available from 9 am to 4,30 pm Monday to Friday.
